R&L Auto Body provides you with a lifetime guarantee on the work we perform as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty shall apply only if the defects occur under normal driving conditions and not when the vehicle has been subjected to an accident, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this warranty is rust coming through the metal, scratches and gravel marks from normal driving conditions.
Paint Warranty Through Axalta
R&L Auto Body uses quality Axalta automotive paints. This work is guaranteed through Axalta’s Assurance of Quality warranty. This warranty shall apply only to the surfaces directly repaired with Axalta Paint Systems and shall not apply to any covered defect* which is directly the result of any negligence by the customer.
This warranty will only be available to the owner of the vehicle at the time the original work was performed and whose name appears on the Warranty Repair Record. The warranty is not transferable.
*Covered defects include only cracking, checking, severe loss of gloss caused by cracking or fading and peeling of the top coat or any of the layers of the film included in the refinishing process.
Warranty on Parts
R&L Auto Body guarantees that parts or materials used for your auto body repairs are of the highest quality. These parts or materials are subjected to the guarantee of the supplier. We'll assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee.
